Contribute
Campaign finance law in Oklahoma places strict regulations on contributions and spending for Oklahoma candidates. In Oklahoma, candidates are required to disclose all campaign donations and expenditures to ensure transparency and accountability in the electoral process. Individuals can contribute a max of $3,300.00. No more than $50 of a contributor’s contribution may be in cash or from an anonymous source. Cash or anonymous contributions received in excess of $50 must either be returned to the contributor (if known) or given to the State Treasurer’s office to the general revenue fund of the state of Oklahoma. By enforcing these laws, Oklahoma seeks to uphold the integrity of its elections and promote fair competition among candidates.
